I built this 8-years ago for my kids who are now 12 and 10. My lad's outgrown it and my daughter's only interested in the trampoline now.
It's all bolted together and the only thing cast in is the fireman's pole. Tree house (needs new roof and felting). Would need a very long trailer, HIAB or flatbed to take the parts away. Clear access for HIAB etc.
All timber is sound as it was originally pressure treated. No rot at all but would need a spray of wood preserver when re-built. I have several 5 litre tins of preserver that I can sell at half of retail. Just off M62 at Howden. It takes up a space of 8.2 x 4.8 metres and the height from ground to the top of the playhouse is 3.3 metres.
In addition to the required footprint area, there is a further 3-metres required for the swings, making the total width 11.2 metres. Does not come with the black crash mats. These were very expensive and can be negotiated separately if required. Uprights are bolted together using long galvanised coach screws.Playhouse will need side panel pieces taking off/unscrewing separately. Suggest numbering and taking lots of photos. There will be quite a bit of work taking it apart and reassembling. Sections will be heavy, so will need some man power.
